At 270W, this LED High Bay produces 40,770 lumens with an efficacy of 151 lumens per watt in 5000K. Equipped with a dimmable AC120-277V LED driver, this LED linear high bay light allows you to adjust the brightness over your space and save energy with a 0-10V dimmer. A compatible 0-10V dimmer is required and is sold separately. This fixture produces light equivalent to a 1000W Metal Halide high bay saving you up to 70% in energy and last up to 50,000 hours.
