Initiate Your Request
Log into your LightUp account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instructions, to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixture, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
